Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance via Fresha. Card details are required to secure your booking but are not charged at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment is taken via card following your appointment.
Group bookings may require a deposit to secure multiple appointments.

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment

  • 50% fee for cancellations within 12 hours

  • 100% charge for missed appointments (no-shows)

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. This is at the barber’s discretion.

Services

All services are delivered with care and precision. Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and client preferences.

Products

Products can be reserved online and collected in-store. No delivery service is offered.
